Most TA's are working a number of jobs at once, it would be very handy for them to be able to save candidates either against a job or in specific folders under the favourites tab - eg; IT VIC, IT NSW....
They could create their folders and then pop candidates in accordingly

This has become a hot topic when speaking to platform users.  Being able to tag profiles to different folders on their favourites page would make their workflow a lot easier.
